MS has "William [spaces]nan"--the first part of William's last name being torn away.

It seems likely the name is "Coleman" both because William has come up in the company of George and James Coleman, and because the final three letters--if one assumes the first "n" is the remnant of an "m," which seems very plausible--integrate well with the name "Coleman." This would be the uncle of George and James Coleman. See under D31n4 .
