I have not done much of anything today. In the morning I made hay a little while. And since, I have been sewing. -- Charlotte came home from Dartmouth this morning. -- Mrs. Macy and her daughter have come from Nantucket. They arrived on Sunday last. -- There is news of Bonaparte's being taken. -- I hope it is true. There is no punishment too great for such a wretch. -- How many lives has been sacrificed for his ambition.
